My transformers inspired gingerbread house. For more pictures and how we built it visit brianhall.ca Edit: Just to clarify: the outside of the house is made of real gingerbread and candy attached via icing to a cardboard frame. You can see some of the cardboard after it transforms. The gingerbread and candy was very tasty although it was a little tricky to pull off.

New Google TV 2.0 (Android 3.1 Honeycomb) Demo & Review

Every day, okay every hour since the new google tv version was announced I’ve been checking my tv and I was happy to see that this morning finally my tv had been upgraded! I’ve played around with it a bit today and though it is an improvement for sure I’m still not sold on it being a ‘must have’, but instead a good extra feature to get in a tv. In other words if you have a perfectly good tv don’t throw it out to get one of these, but just like 3d, if you’re shopping for a new tv its a cool feature to have on your tv I am really excited that the android marketplace is here at last. It will be a little while before lots of apps show up since they have to be optimized for the tv but the list is growing and that really makes me happy. If you’re interested bug me again in a few days/weeks and I’ll update you on how I feel about it then.
